Excel fibre optic pigtails are manufactured from the highest quality 900 micron G.657.A1 optical fibre, terminated with ceramic ferrule connectors of various types. This offers a bend insensitive fibre that is fast to prepare and ideal for installations with limited space. G.657.A1 is fully compatible with G.652.D and meets OS2 Category performance. Cable preparation, termination and testing is carried out to strictly managed procedures in an Excel approved, ISO9001 registered manufacturing facility. Each pigtail has a strain relief boot to prolong and maintain performance levels of the assembly.
