L'operatore del pistone a leva con ritorno a molla in metallo supporta l'avvicinamento trasversale, 2 direzioni e l'azionamento del commutatore tramite camma a 30°. È dotato di 6 morsetti a vite per il collegamento elettrico. È un selettore di sicurezza con una corrente di funzionamento nominale di 5A a 600V AC, 6A a 480V AC, 10A a 240V AC, 15A a 120V AC, 0,02A a 600V DC, 0,2A a 250V DC, 0,5A a 125V DC.
